Established in 1984, ARC Greenhouses is a full-service farm that grows 40 plants, including greens, herbs and lettuce for chefs and the local retail markets. It utilizes a vent and associated control system that enables growers to control greenhouse environment, nutrient solutions, vents and generators. The farm supports the development of a nutrient-mixing system that produces accurate results. ARC Greenhouses provides beet tops, butterhead, red romaine, spinach, mustard, basil, oak and spearmint. It also grows chives, mint, thyme, radish, oregano and peppermint. The farm offers arugula, beet tops, broccoli, chrysanthemum, Spinach, Radish, Kale, mizuna and tatsoi. ARC Greenhouses is located in Shiloh, N.J.
