Icon Nails

Wow -- this is no way to build customer loyalty! If you send people home with nails not yet dry, even when they ask -- you have a problem. People have to fasten seat belts to drive safely. When you tell the customer who then returns for a repair that they messed up & are like a dog with a bone & won't drop that line of logic. And ignore them for any walk in afterwards until you finally disentangle someone from watching TV to address the situation... Needless to say, I won't be spending my money there any more.
