We traded a vehicle over 2 weeks ago and they just processed the payoff. Yet another payment came out of our account. It became an issue when my husband called first, He spoke with the GM Mark, and the GENERAL MANAGER makes a joke, "Yeah, the salesman is out driving it, and decided he didn't want it. "My husband made it clear he was upset and Mark, the GM, said he would call back. After several hours pass, no call, so I called them and also spoke to the same General Manager Mark (don't know his last name), and basically got really argumentative and ugly with me about how EVERYONE should know it takes 20 days to do a payoff for a vehicle, had I been informed I would have known, however to the contrary, all I know is what they did tell my husband and that was the next payment would be taken care of not to worry about it. I am over 700 miles away from home, with this payment out of the account, and this guy Mark, the GM, tells me my personal finances are not his problem.

In December of 2015 my husband I went in to purchase a used truck. After having issues with financing, offered 16% interest rate, we came back in after fixing our credit issue. Offered us 3.99% interest, but 1k less on trade. I asked why our trade would suddenly be lower and the first excuse was that market values have changed in the last 90 days. Really? They've decreased by 50%? When it was apparent that I wasn't taking that answer, the service manager said it was because our interest rate before was higher before so they were giving us more on our trade.

I asked if they could do better on the price by 1k to offset the trade in issue, it was priced at 23.9k and Fair Market Value listed it at 21k. The salesman and service manager said that Frank Fletcher himself prices these vehicles and that if they went any less he would call them tomorrow and "chew" them out. They could go no lower and would not even try to counter offer.

Their business practices seem very shady and untruthful.

Overall

I recently purchased a used 2013 mini van from Dee at this dealership. She was WONDERFUL, never pushy and worked hard to get my payments where I needed it. She was super sweet to my disabled sister as we tried her getting in and out of the vehicle making sure that it would work for her.



Once we knew that we were purchasing it and had done the paperwork Dee L. had her husband Rob (who also works there) help me to transfer my daughter s carseat out of my vehicle into the new one, making it so easy.



Everything was wonderful until the next morning when a fluke mechanical incident occurred with my vehicle, Needless to say I was freaking out, which is made worse by the fact that I live nearly an hour from the dealership. I quickly called the dealership and they began working to rectify the situation. I also left a message for Dee at the dealership. She immediately called me back and also began working to make things right.



Dee wasn t due into work until later that day, but she immediately went into the dealership and made arrangements for me to get my vehicle repaired.



My Vehicle has since been repaired but Dee made sure to check on me on a regular basis to make sure that I was happy and that everything was being done that could be.



I definately plan on visiting Dee again when it comes time for me to get a new vehicle .

Overall

I left Fletcher Jeep Saturday with my brand new Body Armor rack they sold me with my jeep loaded up in the back seat of my brand new Jeep Wrangler all the time worrying about the metal rack bars punching a hole in the leather seat of my brand new Jeep Wrangler It was not installed on the top as it should be because it make a very loud humming noise and vibration in the engine area when installed This same rack has been installed on other jeeps and has not made this loud humming noise, but Fletcher jeep refused to give me a refund or another rack I now have a One Thousand Three Hundred Dollar piece of equipment I can’t use sitting in my garage They offered no refund or replacement for the defective rack with another one Purchase your vehicle here at your own risk and pray nothing goes wrong because you cannot depend on them to make it right.
