Sears

I have had Sears appliances for years and it seems like the service in the store when buying them has gotten worse and worse. The last appliance I bought from them only got purchased because someone we knew was working there and he actually waited on us. When my refrigerator went out recently I wanted to check what they offered. I went into the store and looked at every refrigerator twice. There were two sales clerks there and not once did they offer to help me. One was chatting on the phone and the other was just standing up by the check out line. This is not the first time I've been ignored in this particular store. Each time I was buying, not just window shopping. No wonder Sears is losing more and more customer base. Their service is absolutely awful.
