I'd like to praise your employees Valeria Clemons and Lisa Short for doing a great job. I had lost my wallet containing my checkbook and debit card. Both ladies were soooo helpful. They definitely went the extra mile. They both called me back when they said they would and made the switch over to a new account so painless. You definitely have great customer service and will recommend your bank to all my friends.
