I am an owner of a mid sized Homeowners Association. I recently transferred over to LB to manage the association and they were very helpful in the set-up process. I was paired with a property supervisor who had gone through the process many times and efficiently walked me through all steps i needed to have a smoothly running HOA. He even set up a Board of directors comprised of tenants, this involvement encouraged them take more pride in the properties, i couldn't be more pleased with LB support and assistance. Thankyou LB

I live in an apartment complex on a block with several others. Mine, unfortunately, was the worst looking, largely due to a lazy manager and tennants who could care less about maintaing good appearances. Weather because they were too busy or simply diddnt care I, however, did. It had come to my attention that the complex was coming under new management by LB property management. Apparently the previous company couldnt be helped to keep up the asthetic appeal on their properties, but LB on the other hand sought to have all their paoperties up to a certain standard.

Within no time after their aquisition of my apartment property, the walls were repainted, signs fixed and refurbished, gutters repaired, and landscaping work done in the front. We even had our pool upgraded to fit government strandards.

i was in a tight hole a few years ago. i had lost my house, and needed a place for myself and for my family so i started looking for an apartment. Every building i went to, an unsafe presense filled my mind, but what else could i expect with the low budget i was working with?

Then i arrived at an LB building and after meeting the manager then the superviors, i felt some trusting bond between myself and the company that provides the saftey and the comfort for my family.

There is nothing that i can actually complain about. This company is spectacular.

Lb really helped me make many and save it, i like they way they are always on top of their game ready for an emergency.

LB property managment is one of the best property mangament companies around. The staff is a joy to work with quick to answer all questions. The company and its employees are willing to go the extra mile and then some. In my opinion this companies first priority is customer service. I knew when I turned to them that they would do whatever it took to help me with my problem. In feel exceedingly safe knowing that Lb is my Property managment company. They are always there to help you with whatever might need to be done. They are there to hold your hands through the entire process. I would never think of using any company besides LB.
