Accidents are difficult enough to deal with and then there is the hassle of repairs and not having a vehicle. Koester Automotive is an auto body shop and they make it so easy for you. I was rear ended in my new car. I brought the car in, there were many technicians on the premises, so I approached one and told them what was had happened. They ensured me that they would make it as easy as possible for me and they did!!! I spoke to the owner Ben, signed a few papers and luckily there was an Enterprise rental car agent who was picking up another customer took me over to their location I signed the paperwork, got a rental, and was out of there in less than a half hour.



My repairs were not major but still they finished it within a few days.



The whole experience was great and I wanted to write about it. I highly recommend Koester Automotive they are awesome.Thanks Ben & all the technicians and friendly staff.

Thanks to Ben at Koester Automotive I now have a fully functional vehicle. My engine would not start so I had my car towed to them. I also had a few scratches and small dents on my car which he fixed all for a great price and a timely matter. Thanks a lot! Definitely recommend.

I drive a C-Class and there was something wrong with my door locking automatically. I really did not want to take it into the Mercedes dealership because I knew if I go there they would really charge me a lot of money. I found Koester Automotive because I saw that they specialized in European cars. They automatically knew what was wrong once they looked at everything. And they gave me a very low estimate compared to what I estimate I got from the dealership. This place is without a doubt my new body shop that I will be coming to.

I drive a Volvo and the air conditioner was not working, when I turned it on it blew cold air for about 10 minutes and then it would blow out all hot air. I took it into Koester Automotive because they specialized in European cars. They let me know what the problem was with my air conditioner. This was my first time going to Koester Automotive but I was very happy with the service they provided would certainly be coming back if there were any other problems with my car.

I don’t usually write reviews, and especially on a body shop at that but this place is worth mentioning. I had just bought a new Lexus IS and I had gotten into a really bad accident while entering a freeway some dummy decided to speed while he me entering the freeway and decided to pass me by instead of slow down, so he basically almost totaled my car. I couldn’t even really drive my car and did not know where to take it. The towing company that came to tow my car told me that he knows this place Koester Automotive and they do a really good job at fixing cars. He was absolutely correct Ben and Koester Automotive group had my car fixed within a few days. Their professionalism, integrity and honesty with their customers is amazing. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a body shop that actually cares about their customers and would want them to be satisfied and returning customer

Koester Automotive is the best, and Ben is the sweetest man ever. I love my car and every time I take it in, they always take care and do the best service on it. Their prices are always reasonable and they do everything in their power to keep customers satisfied. J
