Order 2 days in advance for Cinco De Mayo dinner. They had limited menu, Had pick up at 5:30. via curbside pickup. When I arrived at 5:25 there were 75 cars waiting in line and about 50 people in the parking lot gathered around the pick up booth. Waited 25 minutes and had moved two cars up. Called but no one picked up phone . I finally left as did many other frustrated customers.
Never go back to this place!!!!!

This is NOT the best mexican food in town. Most likely we will not be returning. The chips and salsa is filling enough, thank you for that! But the over all for quality wasn't the best. I was disappointed. A Taco Salad for $11+ isn't worth my time in that dark restaurant where the servers rush you to order.

Okay, we've been there many times over the years. Since it's located middle ground for a few friends who live in different areas, we thought we'd try it out again, mostly to see their semi-newly Jeff Lewis decor.
That in itself was a bit disappointing because the only thing we noticed that was new about the decor was a small amount of new plants and lighting outside the restaurant.
Still extremely crowded, and that could be part of its charm except for the gestapo attitude we encountered just inside the door. When my husband and I arrived before our friends and got the beeper, there were no seats available in the tiny waiting area and since it was very cold outside, we wanted to step inside the bar.
We couldn't go inside we were told, "until the entire party arrived," and they weren't very friendly about informing us either. Looking back, we could have just left and spent our money at another eatery, but I'm pretty sure they don't really care.
Once seated (at a table that barely cleared the kitchen), we needed loud speakers to hear each other converse. Don't think we'll be back.
One star for of their long standing history, which I find difficult to understand.
