Chimney Clean Sweep

I never normally write reviews but it’s important for the public to be warned against predators. They stole our money; we were scammed, plain and simple. They never came back to do the work. Claimed we were supposed to call them and we did not? Let me ask you something? If I gave you a deposit, don’t you think I would try and call back when you went AWOL? Their excuses are ridiculous and their claims plain lies. They hung up on our final call. Never responded to call backs. They constantly lied, and finally cheated us and stole our money. Be very careful, they have not got a clue what they are doing and are as shady as they come. They are based out of Rocky Point NY, and someone at the consumer protection department in NY told me they are likely to be just running scams and getting odd jobs where they can. They faked an agreement with us? They wrote a bunch of lies to the better business bureau, and departments of consumer protection. They have a CT license (0603976) which is a home improvement contractor permit, but it says they are based out of NY, and run by someone called Joseph Cecere. I guess the NY department knows better than to issue them any kind of permit! They have a guy doing chimneys called Steve Karl and Jenny answers the phones. If you complain to her, she hangs up, never to answer you again. People beware, these guys are scam artists and should be in jail.
