I own a transmission shop in Michigan and was doing business with this company last year. I had a open account with them with a balance of 582.00. In Nov of last year I was having heart problems and tried to explain that to Lauri Taylor and all she said was it not my problem. Now in Jan of 2014 I was bleeding out in the spinal area and in the brain ad almost died. I spent almost 4 months in the hospital and had to learn how walk. Now it Oct 2014 and I am finally back to work full time. I all most lost my shop if it weren't for my dad helping. I called her again to see if I could make payments on the past due balance of 582.00 and she said no. When I told her what happen with me and why I hadn't been able to pay the bill her response was " not my problem" . All of my vendors have been very understanding except for this company. I was happy to make payments on the bill but now no way. They will never see my business again.
