Buffalo Wild Wings

My first time ever in this place for lunch - highly recommended from my colleage. We go to the front counter and are instructed to pick a table; the waitress will be with us. We chose to sit on the patio. There two other tables occupied and several tables empty. The waitress zipped pass 1-2 times waiting on everyone else, never acknowledging our existance. 15-20 mins go by. 3rd time - I stop her and ask if someone could wait on us. She hangs onto the door to go back in & states that she too busy to wait on us & they are short handed. We can order @ the front. I explained that we were instructed to have a seat. She goes on that we can sit somewhere else & we can wait for someone else to wait on us. I explain that we've already waited 15-20 into our lunch time. She has no response and just leaves. No apology, no smile, just very disponded. I go in to order our food with the cashier who says again that we can wait for the cashier. I tell her the waitress refused to wait on us. The manager comes up and supports the waitresses decision with no apology. I look around & there are a few empty tables in the dining area as well. I realize that everyone there is caucian except my colleage & I. It's been YEARS since I remember anyone treated me so indifferent. Suddenly I realized that I stepped back into time along with the mentality of this manager and what she supported with her team. What a way to run a business.
