Took 3 watches in for repair to have for a vacation during the holidays. Dropped them off on Dec 9 2015 and were promised a call on by the 18th with a status on the repair. When we did not hear from the store, we called and were advised that the repair tech had not even looked at them yet!

When we went to the store to retrieve them, , we were told that the watches were not there , the technician had them off site.

We were advised that , gee its Christmas, and we are busy, oh well.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE> Will not utilize their services again
