We recently had a bday party for my daughters birthday. The girl who was working the party was amazing but she was only 17 year old girl running a painting party for 16 girls. No one to help her. It was so chaotic. She was never told by the owner that is was a bday party or that is was kids. No one to help her at all. When speaking to the owner day before she never mentioned that there would be one girl there. Also when talking her after the party she was not apologetic and not willing to improve for the future. Clearly does not want to pay her staff and make sure your kids bday is great. Do not have a children’s party at this facility. Difficulty to communicate and get answers from. They even ran out of soap for the bathroom.
