Hotel Sierra Shelton

The hotel screwed us after calling them in march to set the date then they dropped the ball. Being there last week and going over all the plans trying to go to contract and all looks good and i call them 5 days later and once again NO ONE has a clue, then i get a call back and was told it was booked for that weekend 3 months of planing and trying to get stuff done and well they lost out, NEVER deal with them again! Poor costumer service and lack of communication.
