        Worst possible insurance ever!!! I need a surgery, i have a tumor and Kathy says I dont meet the criteria because my abnormal labs are not abnormal enough, and my other abnormal test results dont count. I have an actual growth that is confirmed with the test they paid for, but will not approve the procedure. She also would not let my surgeon speak with anyone from medical review because my guess is they dont have a proper medical review board. Run from any job that this company manages your health care!!!

        I agree One hundred and ten percent with you they are the worst insurance I have ever dealt with. they deny everything they can and then tell you its your fault for not filing an appleal.

        awful

        U pay high premium cost. U pay high out of pocket cost. U pay high preventive care cost. Vision coverage is awful. My employer gives us this crap insurance. By far the worst health insurance I've ever had. If u can avoid talking health insurance from Prairie States, please do! U will be in debt just from ur child's shots!
