Jump Rentals

Leon Jump, Jump rentals. My mom and sister both rented from this money hungry lazy slumlord. My mom was his tenant for 15 years and never once did he replace carpet, allow her to paint... Did no maintenance at all. Few years ago he charged my mom for new water heater for labor and all. He walked in my moms house a few times and into my sister's house once with them being home and no given notice. He also went back and fourth about selling the home numerous times and have my mom and sister an eviction many years back and put a judgement on them and still begged for them to stay and they did. This time he served an eviction and turned around and once again asked my mom to stay. By this time... Too late. She found a better house. And on top of all this he upped the rent every single year for a small 2 bedroom. My mom doesn't know how to speak up for herself. Very disappointed in this guy.
