        Overall

        First, I would like to correct the review from F4jock. The owners of the Ranch Wagon, donate aluminum cans to the Blue Chip (no kill) animal shelter to help offset the costs of running the shelter. Ask Marge Bart the owner/operator of Blue Chip. They have also adopted out stray cats and have taken cats to the shelter. No one wants stray cats hanging around a restaurant or killed on the busy route 309! Frustrating as the cat problem is, the SPCA of Luzerne County won't do anything, nor are there ordances in Dallas Township to eliminate the problem. That being said, I would rate the Ranch Wagon food (much of which is homemade) excellent and their staff is always courteous and efficient. Since they've been in business since 1955, they must be doing something right!
