We received a great deal on insurance, made possible through the Tuttle Insurance Company. Not only did we save $1,200 a year on our home/auto policies, but the coverage was better too! I tried saving through my old company but they could never offer me any additional discounts. In addition, the research, quote and transition were done within a week. AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!! Scott Tuttle used to insurance shop for his clients initially, then came Joann and Katie Sartor - they just don't do much work. Joann is a completely incompetent staff and Katie Sartor is a lazy good for nothing individual who actually does more harm. On top of it the staff lies! For instance back in February at the time of my home owner's insurance renewal, Joann the messenger for Katie Sartor only provided the renewal premimum (an increase), without insurance shopping. I confronted them and only then they provided information on Travelers since I already had Travelers insurance for my automobile. Unfortunately, with serious lack of follow through, they didnt execute it. I had automatic deduction setup for the automobile through them, and Katie Sartor was supposed to do automatic deduction setup for the home owner's insurance as well, but due to her utter negligence failed to initiate the automatic deduction. As a result I was without homeowner's insurance for two months. More importantly, they failed to notify my mortgage company. Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection and Insurance Commissioner should investigate this company's books and records. This company just sits and collect commission checks that they don't deserve

Just switched from USAA and they saved me half! I don't relish in the thought of shopping my insurance but they seem to have most of the top carriers so I don't have to waste my time calling 10 different places
