The Meeting Place

I travel and have visited many different establishments but I did not know the Valley can serve a breakfast like this. Very Extensive menu additionally chef specialties created daily. Stuffed French Toast with fresh strawberries, blueberries and toasted almonds yum!! Very Fast and prompt service and very delectable. Everything I have ever had there is phenomenal and my family and I drive from Madison at least once a week to eat there. Definetly check this place out you will not be dissapointed.

Great food. Very clean. Very good service. I've been there a dozen times already and every time it gets better. The new owners have reenergized the place. The vibe is so warm and comfortable. The husband is the chef and very creative. The wife is so sweet and inviting. The staff makes you feel like your at a family members home. What a great addition to the valley. I predict that it will soon be the place to eat in the valley.

I went to the Meeting Place in Seymour Ct. this morning for breakfast with my daughter and grandson.

It looked clean and I had eaten there once before and thought that it was O.K. for breakfast.

My grandson, who is only 11, ordered eggs, bacon, and toast.

He began to eat the toast and said, " Grammy look at this".

Both pieces of toast had mold on them.

I called over the waitress and she took them from the plate and said, I'lI have to tell him", and then walked away.

I don't know who " him" was.

No one came to the table.

I asked for the check and we were charged for the meal

and I paid and left.

The waitress mumbled "Sorry".

I don't know how many other customers were eating moldy white toast. I will never return there and i am concerned that they are keeping their food to long if they are not getting fresh bread.
