We used Dominico Doors to replace our old and decrepit manual lift door last week. John was very personable and professional throughout the process and very helpful in assisting in the selection of a new, insulated door and wifi enabled, belt drive opener. He gave us a very reasonable price and the installation was on time and expedient. We could not be happier with our purchase. His 20 years experience was evident, and there is something to be said when you deal directly with the guy whose name is on the side of the truck.

We purchased a new spring for our garage door from this company and it broke with in 1.5 years of install. I called to inquire and was told I would have to purchase another spring. Springs only have a 90 day warranty. Very dismissive on the phone...it was your product and you don't stand behind it. I asked if there was anything he could do as far as a discount since we purchased the original from him and he said No. Very poor customer service. This company does not stand behind their work or product. Too many reputible companies out there that I would rather deal with then this company. Two thumbs down!

Fantastic service. John is friendly and knowledgeable. Quick response after a Semi truck tire went through our garage door. Prices were right inline and better than some other companies. I highly recommend them.

A spring broke on my garage door. I called Domenico Doors late Friday afternoon and he said he could come out the next day. He's normally closed on the weekends. I asked that he come after 12 pm and he drove up about 10 minutes afterwards. Twenty minutes later I had 2 brand new springs installed. The owner is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. When I need a new door and/or opener, I'm calling Domenico Doors. Thank you!

I will keep this business card for my future garage door service needs! I called at 7:30am as I had an emergency situation. The service man was at my house within the hour. He was fast, knowledgeable and reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any garage door services.

I had one of my two torsion springs break on my garage door. I called several other companies for an estimate and all I could get were outrageous service call fees and hourly rates. When pressed for how much the "average cost" was for replacing two torsion springs on a double garage door the closest I got for an answer was from Sears and they wanted a minimum of $350. Domenico Doors took my call. Didn't throw a bunch of hourly rates at me and quoted a price of $225 to replace both springs. He was here exactly on time. Took less than an hour to do the work. Adjusted my garage door opener, took care of a safety hazard that I had and didn't know about, replaced a missing bolt on my door opener rail and checked all of the other hardware for tightness. All for the quoted price of $225.



I am always wary of getting ripped off when it comes to a repair that the average homeowner shouldn't do on their own (and this one is one of those...that's why you can't buy torsion springs at your local hardware store).
