Bone Grafting
It all starts with a consultation. During this initial appointment, our team will evaluate the health of your jawbone and determine whether or not you are a good candidate for this comprehensive replacement. You may need to have an initial bone grafting procedure performed first. This surgery adds volume to the weak or depleted jawbone to create a perfect environment for dental implants.

Orthodontics
The treatment of TMJ dysfunction is completely individualized. There is no single therapy or drug regimen that is universally beneficial. Jaw re-positioners (i.e. a Bruxing appliance) may be used to help ameliorate symptoms and reverse TMD. Such appliances, which are similar to a mouthguard, are worn for a given period of time as directed by our Sewell, NJ dentists.
