Communicare Adult Medical Day Center

I was very uneasy with having to think of placing my mother in a facility. After a temporary stay in another place and concerned with her care there, making the decision wasnt something that was easy to do. I toured Communicare, met the staff and clients, the facility was clean, no odor which was a concern in the other place, the care was great and consistant, continous contact and when my mother passed Ms. Lori the nurse showed support at our moms funeral.
