I am sorry you feel this way but I extend the courtesy of calling the day before your appointment to confirm and request you call to cancel if for any reason you are unable to make it. This absolutely was not the first time you failed to show up for your appointment without calling despite confirming, the dates are noted in your client file. This appointment was just before Christmas and I had a cancellation list with customers hoping to get in before the holiday. Additionally, when a customer does not show up for their appointment I do not make any money. How would you feel if you went to work and were not paid for your time. Not only did you prevent me from earning income you deprived a fellow pet owner the opportunity to have their pet groomed for the holidays. I find it puzzling that you expect me to show you consideration for your "mishap" when you lack consideration for the inconvenience you cause when you make appointments you fail to keep or cancel and the cost effect to me and my business.
