Wallace Surveying

I called Tim Wallace Property Surveyors back in March to schedule to survey our land. Mr Wallace said the latest he would be at our home would be May 6, 2916. I traveled 700 miles to to be here. My wife and I call numerous times and he never returned our calls! My wife finally made phone contact with Mr. Wallace and told her he would check his file, and again never called back! Now we have to start over and get back on line. Mr. Tim Wallace is not trustworthy and nonprofessional!!!

all work done completed in the time frame specified will hire him again

Used for a survey, need a copy e mailed to me to close a deal. Would promise to e mail survey but never did. Sounds very new to surveying never did follow through had to hire another surveyer. The realitors I talked with in Sevierville said they never use this guy because of these problems they have had with this office.



Just an fyi, I am sure he is good with smaller jobs, large jobs are ones in which there is a time issue use a more experianced person
