I've told both mailman and mailwomen that only Maples and Hurst belong to 910 Central Ave, well the mailwomen keeps putting other peoples mail in my box, the names are on the mailbox and the inside of the lid, and she stills puts the wrong mail in it, I'm getting so peed off over this!!!!

I live in Wears Valley The Homestead subdivision and I get no postal delivery to my house. I was notified by a vendor that an order shipped by UPS was turned over to Sevierville USPS for final delivery all they did was returned to the vendor without trying to contact me or even leave a notice. This is the worst post office I have ever experienced, thetc entire staff should be replaced! There is better delivery service in Mongolia.

Worst place to get ur mail I have been waiting for over 1 month to get a package that they said they delivered and it's no where to be found ..... I'm over them losing mail and its not the first time they have done this

I have lived in many different states and I have to say the post office in Sevierville is the most unkempt I have ever seen. The service workers are nice enough but the whole place is an eyesore. Most of the times trash is inside and out. The grass is not cut half of the time. It's just a pity. I would like to know who heads this place because this is just unacceptable. I am ashamed to say this is my where I have come to mail my letters. Pigeon Forge is very well kept.

Always at least two service members behind the counter, four during busy times. I've never waited more than ten minutes, even if the line is backed out the door. Friendly, efficient....every post office should be run this way!
