Had a broken dishwasher...called Tri- County Appliance at 8:00 and they had a repairman at the house before noon. He diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck and had it repaired quickly. Very impressed with the service, and highly recommend them !

Wow. I called for repair this morning on my fridge. 20 min and mike was here totally had to take apart everything and fixed motor / fan issue in an hour. Price was very fair for job done. Thank you all at Tri county appliance service. ��������������������

Horrible service and customer relations! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Our washer was not filling with hot water. The tech said that we could use the washer on the cold water setting until we got the parts in. While the man was at the house, my husband asked him about installing our new dishwasher. He said that only certain techs can do that but he would make sure to send a tech who could do both. He took our check and left. Then, Miss Ruby said that WE had to find the model number....wait...isn't that what I am paying your tech to do?? Miss Ruby told us EXACTLY where to find the number. Not there, Miss Ruby!!! So, because we couldn't find the model number, they ignored us....for weeks! So, in the meantime, I am using the washer on cold. All of a sudden one day, we find plastic pieces in our wet clothes and smell burning plastic! So now I need to buy a new washer! Thanks so much! I called Miss Ruby to see if they could come out to install the dishwasher. "Sure! But you must pay for another service charge AND labor!" Seriously? Because you did so much the first time! No thanks, Tri county! If you would like to have an owner call me, you have my husband's number.

I called this company a few weeks ago to go look at a washing machine, the owner sent someone out and he said there were a lot of issues with this washing machine, he also said since it was stackable unit it was going to take two men ( which also means double labor) he said he was going to have to order parts and come back, Then he hit me with 100.00 invoice, which i did pay. one week later i called and asked if parts were in, mrs owner said its going to be expensive to fix, SO ITS MY MONEY! Then she says ok, will check on parts, another week goes by, so we google to see if we can find out ourselves what was wrong with the washer, GUESS WHAT THE DRAIN WAS STOPPED UP!!! I called and spoke to owner, why was this not checked during my service call??? she said she will have to pull up paperwork and call me back, GUESS WHAT? THREE WEEKS LATER AND I am still waiting on my refund! you sent someone out to cabin and said the pump was bad and then WE fixed it ourselves! The drain was stopped up!!! WHERE IS MY REFUND

Overall

They fixed our oven which was cheaper than buying a new stove. They fixed it before our next renters came in. We will use them again. The only bad thing they don't take credit cards.
