Sevierville Tire & Automotive

I won't be going back to Sevierville Tire & Service Center. They diagnosed a loud squeak in my left front of car as needing "struts." I authorized the service and paid $725. The loud squeak had gone nowhere. The technician had the audacity to tell me "just to get used to the squeak."

So I'm on vacation and driving my wife's car. I noticed that the rear shocks have blown out on the car. I called around to several auto repair stores. Let's just say the customer service level was not the same as when I reached Jamie at Sevierville Tire and Auto Center. She quickly advised me how quickly she could get me in, what the current wait time was for the repair to begin, how long the repair would take, and an estimated cost. I mean really aren't those the four questions everyone wants to know? I advised her I would be there in 20 minutes. When I arrived, Jamie greeted me and advised me that she already ordered the shocks and it had been delivered. I couldn't have been any happier unless she handed me my favorite drink from Starbucks. The waiting room had comfortable leather chairs and a couch to relax and watch one of two TV's. I wish they were in Tallahassee because I would be back. If you are traveling then rest assured you are in good hands.

Watch when they do work.. don't put things back on your car when they take it off and when u ask about it they say they didn't do it. Would not recommend at all

They lied too me and took my money. I have a truck that the frame was bent on and was not told this. They charged me for new steering components and alignment. I was told my truck was fixed twice and both times I went down there to get it. I had to leave it another day because it wasn't done. After work was supposedly completed on the truck It went back out of alignment within 30 days. I took it back to them and they told me it was common for a truck with a new steering knuckle to go back out of alignment within a few weeks. They realigned my truck at no charge and back on the road I went. Within another thirty days it went back out of alignment. I decided to take it somewhere else. Within a few seconds of putting my truck on the lift the mechanic showed me the frame was bent. I asked Sevierville tire to reimburse me for the work because they lied to me and charged me over 800 dollars to fix. I could have gotten the same work done for 300 less at the garage I took it too after them.. This is a horrible business and the owner is a liar and a thief. I will never do business with him or recommend them too anyone. As far as I am concerned everyone will know about this including the BBB.

TIRE SERVICE:

I had shopped around the Sevierville Area and long and behold they priced competitively against others in the area giving me a great deal on some new tires. I called that day and they had them shipped that day and had them on before I got off work. I was VERY impressed with their staff as they went down the list on the computer and gave me plenty of options



AUTO SERVICE:

I was near the area and had a radiator problem they fixed it immediately in less than a hour and a half acquiring new parts very efficiently. Although their Oil Change and parts were a bit pricey over the rest of the area competitors, that was the only downside.
