This company operates under. RVSupplies in Amazom.This company uses bait and switch tactics and are very untrustworthy. What's sad about it is that Amazon was no Help what's so ever,even after there own customers service rep went into the site and verified my statement.

You can cut them out completely because they order through the dometic corporation and jack all the prices up by the time you actually receive it..but you as consumers you to can order directly through dometic here in the u.s. at a fraction of the cost heres there address dometic corporation 2482 century dr. Goshen indiana 46528 they will even air ship to your front door saving you tons...i drive 18 wheeler and adventure rv was one of my deliveries in Sevierville tn now the shipping and receiving warehouse workers were hard working and excellent and on the ball so two thumbs up to them....however as far as the office staff goes its severely pathetic I like to call the customers to inform them of my e.t.a or if I'm going to be late or for simple directions and all you get is a recording run around with absolutely no luck so the problem lyes with management either retrain or replace is the best option for that place otherwise that BUISNESS will not survive. .

This company uses bait and switch tactics and are very untrustworthy. The ad showed they carried a Topline bike rack I wanted for a Christmas present, but they sent me a Stromberg rack. The name and picture of the rack was on the outside of the box and I contacted them within an hour of receiving the package. After much hassle and me having to send them pictures of their misleading ads, they told me to send the bike rack back. When they received it, they still did not refund my money and accused me of not only opening the box, but installing and damaging the bike rack. Finally through my credit card company I retrieved the cost of the bike rack, but

Adventure RV still owes me the cost of mailing the bike rack back to them. I have never dealt with such a despicable company in my life. I have contacted the BBB and other web sites in hopes that others will not be their victims.

I was going to buy a resonator for my Onan generator they had a good price but wanted twice what the shipping should cost and refused to even consider a fair price.



After reading a few reviews I may be better off not buying from Adventure RV

Horrible service, placed an tried to place an online order that would not process, so I phoned in the order. Later that day I received confirmation that both orders had been shipped. Customer service is a complicated on line ticket process. Will not recommend to anyone.

I PLACED AN ORDER ON THE NET AND REALIZED I HAD MADE A MISTAKE. I NOTIFIED THEM WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF THE MISTAKE AND WHAT THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE BY PART NUMBER. I WAS NOTIFIED 3 HOURS LATER THAT THEY COULD NOT CORECT THE PROBLEM UNTIL IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND I'VE RECEIVED THE MISTAKE PRODUCT. THAT WOULD MEAN I WOULD PAY 3 SHIPPING CHARGES TO GET WHAT I WANTED. I DON'T THINK SO. THEY WERE NOTIFIED IN PLENTY OF TIME TO CORRECT THE ORDER BUT REFUSED TO DO SO. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESSM WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
