I''m very knowledgeable on my motorcycle and its components. I preface with this to substantiate the claim that any service done here is largely overpriced and not correct. Asked for a few simple things in which i was ensured would occur....not a single one did. Looks like now i'm going to fix multiple mistakes they made for work they misquoted and overcharged me for. After i gave the first service rep a few corrections on proper parts, means and methods and what needed to be done to complete the task i had brought the bike in for, he passed me to another person. Extremely unprofessional. Do not put an unknowledgeable kid on the phone to lie to your customers that know better....Took it to them to save me the wrench time....but here i am wrenching...so whats the point? .

Edit : Upon picking the bike up they did sort a few things and made an attempt to make it right. For that i commend them.

Bought a wave runner last year. Had one several years before, and it was bullet proof. This one has spent more hours in the repair shop then on the water. They have no clue, no approach. They ran the computer, and charged me a diagnostic fee. They didn't diagnose anything. I am taking it somewhere else. Don't buy here. They won't help you.

Great selection!! I went in to get my first bike and was helped from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a helmet on 6/3 says it was shipped. A week goes by so I call then turns out they didn't even ship the helmet! So now I am at 6/22 still with no helmet. Supposedly it will be here on the 24th. Horrible customer service. When you forget to do your job, shipping, you should probably send the package express.

Pete’s Cycle have a very poor customer service manager. It is like the customer is a burden to his existence! And for simple oil change will set you back a day or two. Look for other places to get your service done. The place is such a disappointment.

My bike would run and then out of nowhere it would die. I went to ATLANTIC CYCLES and was told it would cost me $1200.00 to replace the brain in my GSXR750. after it sat there for two weeks. I paid them $175.00 for the estimate and picked it up. I called Petes Cycle in Severna Park and they told me to drop it off. Two days later they called me and said they found the problem in the handle bar switch. $90.00 and it is running fine. I dont normally write something like this but when you find a shop that treats you fair and not bend you over - You just want to say AMEN and Thank You Petes Cycle.

My son bought a new Honda Motorcycle from Pete' s in Severna Park. When he went back to have the cycle serviced they informed him that they could not service the bike because they were not an authorized dealer of Honda and that the bike came from their Baltimore store. If they were not an authorized Honda dealer why would they sell a brand new motorcycle to him without letting him know it? Also i will be contacting Honda to ask if this was a lagitmate sale as he has had oil consumption problems and other dealers do not want to handle the situation.

Not a customer friendly place never again will I bring my bike to any pete's cycle Especially Severna Park only brought it there because it's a dealership and now I'm regretting it. so not worth it.
