        Overall

        Their saws are NOT SHARPENED, nor are the teeth even set (bevelled). Their website doesn't mention this. Sharpening and setting is very expensive, and you either have to spend time driving to a sharpening outfit or pay for round-trip shipping.



        I called Crosscut Saw Co several times to discuss this problem. They never picked up and never returned my calls.
