Always happy, smiling and friendly. I had a tooth that had a sharp edge (It broke off from a jolly rancher) and he filed it down for me any other dentist would have made money off that. He done it at no cost. They love their patients and the patients love them!

Poor customer service and bad communication levels. Not happy with this administration. Northcutt dental is a much better adinastration with a better level of knowledge and customer service. The problem with this office is his managers are still in diapers.

They are very kid friendly.. My daughter is normally scared of the dentist she went right in and done very well!!! The staff is amazing we will most definitely be using them a lot more!!!

This was our first experience at Mobile Bay Dental and we truly enjoyed ourselves. When we first came in we was amazed at how beautiful and kid friendly it is. The staff is absolutely amazing and professional especially tereasa she was super sweet! This was our first but not our last time at mobile bay we will be back!

My son and I saw this dentist. I was told I had 11 cavities. My son had 3. I left wanting a second opinion. We just recently saw another dentist and was told neither of us have any cavities. He said he can see over time where I've probably had 11 fillings. Mobile Bay Dental had even scheduled me to get a filling. I am confused now as to what they were going to fill. I do not recommend them. Loved their office. It was the perfect set up for children. Very disappointed that I was told we had issues when there are not any!
