Rick and his team at Select Pools and Backyard Escapes did an excellent job! Even after the job was finished and we were enjoying the pool and hot tub, he came back to check that all the equipment was working and functioning as it should. After we had completed the transaction!!! The warranty is awesome and I am always secure in knowing that he is just a phone call away!

Set up an appointment with Mark (Owner I believe) he came out and took measurements and gave us all info on selections and equipment. He left and said he would have an estimate for us in about a week. After a few weeks I called to find out about estimate and he said he was real busy and said he would get it done and get back with me. It has been several months now and never got a call back. Even if he did call not I would not use Select Pools. Very poor customer service. I feel like because I was not wanting an elaborate pool I was not worth his time.
