I LOVE SHOPPING HERE! EVERYONE IS SO NICE AND HELPFUL! I ALWAYS RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO SHOP FOR THEIR NEXT CAR AT SELMA AUTO MALL. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS GREAT~COMFORTABLE, FRIENDLY AND NOT OVER PRICED!

Selma Auto Mall states that they have quality used vehicles which pass many saftey and service inspections. They sold us a vehicle that had major problems that were obvious to anyone who would have backed the car up. They do not let you back the car up when you test drive it. They have a set route they take you on that doesn't include backing up the vehicle or parking it. It was very apparent our vehicle had a major mechanical malfunction but the Selma Auto Mall sold it to us with a $15,000 price. They also refused to remedy the situation. Thanks a lot Selma Auto Mall. We will never buy a car from you again.
