Have been going to this salon for over 10 years, Danielle is the best! Also used Danielle and Heather for my own wedding, hair came out amazing, and for several friends' weddings as well. They are friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to accomodate me when I have free time. I am moving to SC in a few days and will still make a point to have my hair cut by Danielle the few times a year I come home. No other salon will do! It took me forever to find a salon that could handle my thick, long hair without going scissor happy as so many sylists do and I will not leave them!

Went there today with simple wash, cut, and blow dry served by a hairstylist name Mary. I was immediately greeted by all friendly staff by the door. Got sit down and have my hair wash right away. Mary is very precise and love the way she cut my hair. Will definitely go back again.

just switched salons because I was unhappy where I was & was recommended to Entourage & decided to give it a try. couldn't be more pleased with how my hair came out. went for an entirely new look!! the staff was awesome, made me feel right at home. looks like I found my new salon :) anyone in the area looking for a welcoming place with knowledgable stylist entourage is a must! thanks girls :) you're the best! be back soo soon!!

I only gave this salon 1 star because zero wasn't an option. If you like crappy and rude customer service this is the salon for you. If you value being treated fairly I suggest you go else where. I had my first appointment with Heather and while I was getting my hair cut she talked to everyone around me about her plans to go out and get drunk for the holiday party. I had to stop her from cutting my hair wrong because she was too busy talking that she didnt care or hear what I said I wanted done with my hair. I held my jacket and pocketbook on my lap the entire time and had to brush mounds of hair off it when I was done. Stupidly I went again under the direction of another person who said Heather must of been having an off day. I had an appointment, she was running a few minutes behind that I understood. I got my hair washed by a very nice receptionist. I was told that as soon as the women in the chair was done to sit down and it was my turn. That didnt happen. Heather decided to take a child for her first haircut with no appointment because it was a friend of hers child. I had to stand there for 20 mins with soaking wet hair dripping down my back. I ended up tell her where to go and walking out. I had a conversation with the owner who didn't seem to care! She defended her hairdresser because she is the best she has. I was told by 2 others in the salon that there was no appointment before mine and that it was wrong what heather was doing. The owner told me that I was a liar and I made that up. Mind you I had another witness there as well. SO I went home without a haircut, soaking wet hair and nothing but rude comments from the owner. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON EVER!!! I know a few people that went there and no longer do.

I have to say that for a business that has been around for so long, (celebrating their 15th year in the beauty industry),, Entourage Salon has always been the salon of choice in our area. I write this review to let everyone know how inviting there salon is. I've been going to this Salon for years and have always felt that I was treated with the utmost professionalism. Their colorists' are amazing and there prices just can't be beat. I've moved more than once in my life and at times far away, however, I always take the ride back to where I lived because I just can't find a Salon that can give me the attention, the service and even the pricing that I get there. Thank you Entourage Salon for all your years of service and for all of your fund raisers and community services that you provide for our community. You're the Best Guys.
