But the primary reason I selected Brasure's over the other companies I had contacted is their customer service! From Brenda, who took my initial call, to Shawn, the technician who responded to my home, I could not have asked for more knowledgeable and professional folks. I was informed of every detail of the service and all of my questions were answered promptly. In this day and age where customer service seems to be secondary or almost non-existent, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the overall service I received. There was no high pressure sales pitch and no hidden costs. I am very pleased with this company!
