don't expect any type of customer service

the fact that I was lied to I'm several different levels and that I was way over charge not only for the phone before the plan. The fact that I have to go in there to pay my bill makes my stomach turn.

terrible. I unfortunately bought a phone from this place. I finally had to go to Walmart and purchase the exact same phone. I was entitled to their shrinking bill program which they no longer have. I didn't know about that when I walked in and they certainly are not going to tell me.I have met everyone in that store including the owner and have nothing good to say about anyone except one of the spanish girls that's very quiet that works there she just does her job I can tell she's afraid she'll get fired. If you're looking for hopefully the store that you can go ahead and get educated and develop a relationship this place is not for you. Buy a phone from them and you will be sorry.
