Chili's Grill & Bar

This was the worst service Ive experience at Chillis ever! From the moment we walked in the hostess and manager were rude and overwhelmed. They dont have enough employees that they even have the bartender serving tables therefore causing me to get my drink about an hour from being seated. Our poor waitress has to serve about half of the restaurant causing her to not to be able to tend to us in a timely manner. The presentation of our plates looks like its been slapped together with sauce spilling from the side pf the bowl. Our chips look like they been saturated in oil. This place needs a firm manager that can get this place in order, because apparently the current one is unable to handle the pressure.

Manager is extremely rude, hostess is even more rude than the manager, they made me wait 30 minutes even though I see the tables empty that just needed to be cleaned. I felt disappointed with the customer service as I waited 2 other couples walked out as well. That's a shame that people like this get promoted to managers and such, and have a poor attitude.
