Where do we begin..my wife & I were in dire straits. I actually reached out to Richard a year ago and he answered all of my questions-no pressure, no sales tactics to follow up. I was at my wits' end trying for two years to negotiate payback on two private student loans from a notoriously difficult-to-deal-with lender.
