Clean gym and the staff is friendly and keeps everything picked up. Personal trainers seem to work very well with clients, but aren't "selling" services like other gyms. I have never had any issues with payment or membership. There are plenty of machines and for the most part they are always available. Keep up the good work crew!

Horrible customer service from the staff and general manager. When discussing with the staff a double charge on my credit card they said they were not able to help and to take it up with the manager.



After following up with the general manager, Glen, he said that all he could do was credit my account another free month. Surprised by this, I reiterated that it was a bad charge and I was not interested in a free month - adding that if he didn't reverse the charge I would notify my credit card. He tried to tell me that if I disputed the charge they would take me to collections.



Needless to say I am frustrated with the lack of customer service. I'm disputing the charge through my credit card as I believe this is an illegal issue as well.
