Smith Horton

My aunt hired Horton Smith when my uncle passed away last year. I went with my elderly aunt to consult with him and I was very impressed with how he walked us through each and every step. I know we would have never been able to win the estate case without the help we got from Mr. Smith.

My mother in law died last year, WAY before her time. She she was in excellent health and always had been and her will was far out of date, there was nothing about her house or bank accounts at all.
