Perfect service everytime

I have been going to Jeff’s Auto Repair on Sand Point Way for years now and they have always done a first rate job on our vehicles. In addition to their terrific hospitality and professional work ethics, they keep a pretty clean shop. In the construction trade, I always look for people I can trust to do a good job and getting me back on the road as quickly as possible and this shop gets five thumbs up from me. Communication with Windermere is always tops. The Manager (whose name I cannot remember at the moment) called a couple of times to give me updates and verification of service. The car is now running much smoother after the tune up. An appreciative Customer!

Great service I was very impressed with their company. I found them to be very informative & professional. They found a banging noise in the front of my car which I had forgot to mention when I dropped off my car. I did most of the work that they recommended and they told me that the rest of the service could wait until the spring when I come back for my next oil change. I've had some bad experiences in the past with other mechanics and I'm very pleased that I now have the gentlemen at Jeff’s to work on my car.

My van had an intermittent problem that was difficult to diagnose, I won't know for a couple of weeks if the repair fully addressed the problem. Thanks to Frank, Mike, and Doug for their patience with me and my van during this repair!

As always they clearly explained my car's repair needs and were candid about which ones were important and which weren't. I completely trust their advice.

The impression you get when you enter their business is a neat and professional office, and wonderful welcome from Doug the Service Manager, or the Service Representatives. They explain the service planned for your auto, and they provide feedback on the service performed. The Auto Techs and the Detail Starr are professional and courteous. An excellent service center for your auto needs.
