If there was any way to give this business zero stars, I would do so. Although the caregivers they provided us were highly competent, their billing practices should be against the law. During the month of my father’s death, we used their services for six days, but they charged us for the entire month of his death. As if his death wasn’t enough to have to cope with, my mother now has to figure out how to pay an enormous bill for caregiving services that weren’t even utilized. I have every intention of reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and will be posting my review on every site I can find. To the manager of this company I can only say that I hope your karma catches up with you soon!
