        Craig Blackmon and Marc Holmes are real estate lawyers. We provide cost-effective legal services if needed when buying, owning, or selling a home. We are litigators. We handle disputes related to residential real property, from breach of contract claims to disputes with neighbors over a boundary or easement. We have resolved disputes successfully through negotiation, which allowed our clients to avoid the costs and risks of litigation. When other parties refused to work towards a reasonable resolution, we have filed lawsuits and enforced our clients’ rights in court. We are aggressive advocates, but we never, ever lose sight of our goal: a successful, cost-effective resolution of each client’s problem. We help clients buy and sell houses. Marc is a licensed real estate broker responsible for our affiliated brokerage, Washington Lawyers Realty LLC. Craig is a licensed agent. Through WaLaw Realty, we help people sell their homes by providing them with marketing services and access to the MLS. For buyers, we refund the full commission paid to us as their agent, often 3% of the sale price! For both buyers and sellers, we provide diligent representation and legal counsel.
