this is a very seat-of-the pants operation and the owners manage it somewhat unprofessionally. the person delivering your bag is employed as an independent contractor. the owners have a history of not paying their workers. i am an ex-contractor for them and am suing them in small claims for non-payment. the reviews about clam chowder are quite possibly the owners trying to bump up their rating. the only other real rating here is also a bad one. stay away from this company.

Bags Inc. is the worst business in Seattle. After I was told 4 different arrival and delivery times from US Airways for my miss-routed bag, Bags Inc. has no contact phone number to call them at all during the weekend. You as customer have no idea what happens to your bag once US Airways hands it over the bag to Bags Inc. In my case they picked up the bag at 7 am this morning and were not able to deliver it by 3 pm in the aftenoon. That is full 8 hours for a distance of 20 miles from the airport to the city. If that is not world class customer service that a company can be proud of. Best of all is, if the bag and its content disappears nobody seems to care or take responsibility for.
