Wingstop

Hi, well I went to the wingstop located in Seaside, Ca and I have the worst customer service ever. I order the 15 boneless combo and the guy offered if I wanted 5 more for $3 something and I agreed. When I got home I noticed that they were regular wings and not boneless, so I called wanting my money back or exchange because I really don't like the regular ones at all. So the guy that answered passed me to the manager and the manager, Carlos, was the one who took my order and he says he remembers me going and wanting the regular wings. I know I didn't ask for regular ones I know I specifically said boneless he even repeated after and so did the guy that gave me my order. He is the rudest manager I have ever came across with he had no good customer service what's so ever, he basically called me a liar and said he "knows" he did right in his end and it was me who misunderstood. No one ever calls a customer a liar, the customer is always right I don't know what kind of people wingstop hires to manages their restaurant, I am really upset. Plus we didn't even get the 5 extra wings and he never even offered to returny money or exchange my food, all he told me was that next time I go he'll give me a discount. Like if I'm ever going back.
