        BEWARE OF THEIR FREQUENT BUYER POINTS:

        I have bought a lot of part from OPGI, but never again will deal with them again. I have bought over $5,000 in parts and planned on using my Frequent Buyer Points. However, I was informed that because my last purchase was 1 year and 2 months ago, that my points no longer qualify because of the term limit of 1 year. Went back and read their page about the FBP and discovered tucked away that there was a 1 year limit, but it was not explained in their section as to how the points work. Fair enough, but I will leave as many reviews as I can about their company and practices as I can.



        A couple of their parts that I have ordered have also been of poor quality. Specifically the rubber boots. I left a review from my account on a boot that I purchased and it had not been posted 6 months later. Beware of online reviews they post and take them with a grain of salt.

        I have found other retailers that I plan on using instead. Just know there are other online retailers available.
