I am Ke Lin from New York, hired attorney Mr. Parkins to take care of a commecial traffic case in MDJ-45-1-08, The case was default convicted because attorney failed to show up. He agreed to appeal the case after arguing with him, but failed to show up again, and refuse to refund the fee. I have to pay the original fine of $2,845 and take the consiquences. I actually gave him all the papers necessary to have the charge dismissed or at least reduced, very upset with the service.

These people are exactly what is wrong with society today. I suggest they take an ethics course and I'll be calling the bar association to have them look into their practice and accreditation. Dont waste your money here.

Lackawanna County judge issues order in lawsuit over statements by Old Forge residents



Mr. Riviello's attorney, Matthew Comerford, confirmed that the lawsuit against the Old Forge resident is dismissed.
