I would say that the horrible rating is incorrect but it was almost 3 years ago. I have to say that this is my favorite game stop ever. they are extremely nice and when you go in they remember who you are. they are helpful both on the phone and in the store. I would suggest this game store for anyone that either knows gaming or someone that knows nothing and is shopping for someone else.
