Fred Lance Coal & Oil

This oil company is a great family owned business!! My mother in law Kim Isabelle just bought a house that requires oil heat. Fred, the owner, has been nothing but professional and extremely nice. We called today to order oil and he was here in a few hours!! The woman that left the previous review must be out of her mind if she thinks that anyone will take a post dated check, especially being a brand new customer and a last minute order for oil in the dead of winter, thats noones fault but her own for not planning ahead.! Anyways...if you need oil, go with Fred Lance!!!

Last year I ordered from this company all summer and winter ! I or my husband would have to call a couple times due to the fact they didnt comewhen they were suppose to ! One time in the dead of winter I ran out after I called and told the lady I needed it as soon as possible due to the facy I have three childern and my home was freezing I needed and if they couldnt come asap to let me know I was told they would be there in the morning 4 in the afternoon no show my husband had to call them back no apologies nothing when the man showed up he was told the wrong address by the women on the phone who took my call .For the most part I wrote post dated checks which was never a problem the only reason why I kept getting oil from this company .This year is the first time I am getting oil I was told no becausr I had a posted dated check and it was my first time ordering this year was alittle surprised due to the fact I ordered all of last year .Today is freezing and I have no heat in my home. I would never recommend this company. One star is only beacause I had to click continue .other then that this is a very inconsiderate family owned company .
