Purchased from passyourtest.com. When I emailed them for further information about the cleanse, I explained my situation and asked for advice. "PYT rep" (I suspect John) replied with "Do not use our product." That was the response I got when my purchase cost me $150 and I did not get any refund.

The product didn't work as it was supposed to, my product was Super Clean P. I spoke with a Customer Service rep named John. He was very rude over the phone and sounded stoned. I explained my situation and he just said he couldn't do anything and didn't offfer his condolences and just said tough luck pretty much. SO I emailed the company and the same guy replied sure enough and was once again rude over email. I replied to the email asking to speak with his super visor and to my surprise part of his response was: "I am under no obligation to help you" and he concluded the email with the word "as*hole." I will never be purchasing another product from passyourtest.com or from Veritas Labs ever again. They call their paying customers as*holes. BEWARE!
